Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy protects Vendinav users, workflow participants, service providers, and the integrity of the platform.

Effective July 16, 2026

1. General rule

You may use Vendinav only for lawful, authorized United States business activity and in accordance with the Terms of Use. You are responsible for your users, data, files, links, communications, and instructions.

2. Prohibited conduct

You must not use Vendinav to:

  • Engage in illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or unsafe conduct, or facilitate a violation of law.
  • Impersonate another person or business, misrepresent authority, identity, affiliation, credentials, quotes, insurance, approvals, work status, or payment status.
  • Send spam, unlawful marketing, or unwanted bulk communications, or evade preference, unsubscribe, opt-out, block, or suppression controls.
  • Harass, threaten, discriminate against, defame, exploit, or abuse another person or organization.
  • Upload or transmit malware, malicious files or code, destructive instructions, credential theft, or material designed to interfere with a system or user.
  • Scrape, probe, crawl, enumerate, benchmark, or automate access without Vendinav’s written permission, or bypass rate limits, authentication, access controls, or technical restrictions.
  • Share, guess, reuse, intercept, publish, or misuse account credentials, invitation tokens, preference links, Vendor RFQ links, customer-room links, or other recipient-specific access links.
  • Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, data-protection, or other rights.
  • Manipulate ratings, reputation, Vendor identity, workflow history, status, activity records, or other trust signals.

3. Prohibited sensitive or regulated data

Vendinav is not designed for regulated sensitive data. Do not submit, request, store, or transmit:

  • Protected health information or other medical information subject to specialized health-privacy requirements.
  • Social Security numbers, national identification numbers, account passwords, authentication secrets, or private cryptographic keys.
  • Complete payment-card data, including full card numbers, security codes, or magnetic-stripe data.
  • Classified information, export-controlled technical data, weapons design information, or material whose transfer requires a license or clearance that Vendinav has not expressly agreed to support.
  • Biometric templates, precise geolocation tracking, criminal-history records, or other regulated sensitive data requiring controls Vendinav has not expressly agreed to provide.

4. Enforcement

Vendinav may investigate suspected violations and restrict, suspend, preserve, or remove access or content as reasonably necessary to protect users and systems, comply with law, or enforce its agreements. Vendinav may report conduct to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

5. Reporting concerns

Report abuse, unauthorized Vendor data, legal concerns, or correction and takedown requests to privacy@vendinav.com.
