Vendor network
One Vendor sourcing workflow across your list, the network, and new invites
Vendinav brings Your Vendors, the Vendinav Network, and Upload New Vendors into one sourcing workflow. Vendor Navigator can source around the RFQ delivery or work address while another Company's private commercial data remains private.
Use your list, the network, or a reviewed upload
A Company does not have to abandon its Vendor list to use Vendinav. Existing Vendors remain available for the Buyer to select, organize, and invite into the RFQ workflow when their capabilities fit the work.
Upload New Vendors accepts a Company's new Vendor list for review. Accepted Vendors are added and favorited to the Company Vendor list so they are ready for future sourcing. The Company retains control of its relationships; Vendinav does not decide which relationship to use.
What happens after a Company uploads new Vendors?
The uploaded list is reviewed. Accepted Vendors are added and favorited to the Company Vendor list rather than bypassing review or appearing instantly as approved network entries.
Discover additional Vendors around the actual work
The Vendinav Vendor network supports sourcing beyond the Company's current list. Buyers can use public-facing Vendor name and category information to identify a potentially relevant option, then choose whether to open a private RFQ room.
Vendor Navigator uses the RFQ delivery or work address as its sourcing origin. Buyers can choose 25, 50, 100, or 250 miles, or Any distance. Each Vendor Location service territory describes how far that operation serves: Buyers choose how far to source, Vendors choose how far they serve, and Vendinav connects the overlap.
For a multi-location Vendor Company, Vendinav can surface the relevant operation for the Buyer's RFQ instead of treating every shop as if it works from a single address. Each published Location Storefront keeps its own business identity and service territory.
Discovery does not rank or endorse Vendors, guarantee coverage, or guarantee a response. The Buyer remains responsible for evaluation, selection, and the decision to make contact.
Does Vendinav recommend the best Vendor?
No. Vendinav supports discovery and private outreach but does not rank, endorse, or guarantee Vendor quality. The Buyer evaluates the options.
Can Vendor Navigator source within 50 miles of an RFQ?
Yes. Choose 25, 50, 100, or 250 miles, or Any distance, around the RFQ delivery or work address. Vendor Location service territory remains part of the local match.
Invite anyone new by secure link
If the right Vendor is not already in the Company list or shared network, a new Vendor invited by secure link can still enter the same private sourcing flow. The Vendor can participate in the relevant room without first creating a full Vendinav account.
That creates one operational pattern for known, discovered, and newly invited Vendors instead of three disconnected ways to collect quotes.
Keep shared discovery separate from private commercial data
Public-facing Vendor identity and category information can support discovery. Another Company's private Vendor relationships, conversations, files, quotes, pricing, notes, RFQ history, Accepted Work, and sourcing behavior are not part of that shared view.
A Vendor list upload does not automatically expose every uploaded relationship publicly. Company sourcing context and private rooms remain Company-specific.
Authorized Company users can also keep private Vendor notes and other private Vendor intelligence on their own Company relationship. The Vendor, customers, anonymous visitors, and other Companies cannot see that internal context.
Can another Company see our Vendor pricing or conversations?
No. Shared discovery does not expose private commercial data such as Company relationships, messages, files, quotes, pricing, notes, or sourcing history.
Move the selected Vendor into one consistent RFQ workflow
Once the Buyer selects a Vendor source, the RFQ, private room, messages, files, quote, decision, Accepted Work, and fulfillment use the same connected pattern. Vendor discovery therefore supports the work instead of becoming a separate public marketplace experience.

Bring your Vendors and source beyond them
Start with the Vendors your Company already knows, then add network or secure-link options only when the request needs broader sourcing.
