Buyer workflow
- Sign in to create and organize jobs, prepare RFQs, invite Vendors, compare responses, and maintain workflow records.
- Review AI-assisted drafts and all source information before sending or relying on them.
- Use Account to manage your company profile, members, roles, and billing when your role permits.
Vendor workflow
- Signed-in Vendors can use the Vendor workspace for assigned jobs, quote requests, company profile information, and workflow records.
- A Vendor may also receive a recipient-specific RFQ link. Use the email address that received the request when the page asks you to verify access.
- Vendinav statuses coordinate the workflow; they do not replace the separate agreement required between Buyer and Vendor.
Public invitations, tokens, and shared rooms
Company invitations, Vendor RFQ links, customer rooms, preference links, and opt-out links are specific to their intended recipient or workflow. Do not forward them to unauthorized people. If a link is invalid, expired, revoked, or unavailable, return to the original message or contact the business that sent it.
Email Preferences
Use the recipient-specific Email Preferences link in a Vendinav email to manage optional messages. The generic Email Preferences page explains why Vendinav does not offer a public email lookup.
Billing management
A signed-in company administrator can use Account → Billing to view plan information and launch Stripe’s Portal. Direct online cancellation is available there and does not require Support. See the Subscription & Cancellation page for current terms.
Support for eligible customers
Eligible signed-in users see the existing Support control in Vendinav. It opens the customer’s current Support conversation or, where permitted, allows a new request. Existing open-ticket reply behavior remains available. Public and ineligible visitors do not receive a Support control.
Privacy, legal, correction, and takedown requests
Support is separate from the monitored privacy and legal contact. Privacy rights, legal notices, Vendor correction requests, and takedown requests may be sent to privacy@vendinav.com. This address remains available independently of paid Support.
