Jobs and RFQs do not consume room capacity. A Company can create Unlimited Jobs and Unlimited RFQs on the Free plan, then use rooms when the workflow opens an external quotation relationship.
How many RFQs can a Company create on Vendinav Free?
Unlimited RFQs. Jobs and RFQs do not count against the monthly room capacity.
Open 150 rooms each month
A room is one external quotation relationship between the Company and one Vendor or customer. Inviting multiple Vendors to one RFQ therefore uses one room for each Company-to-Vendor relationship opened for that request.
The Free room allowance resets on the company's monthly anniversary, based on when the company account was originally created. A room is not a deal, a successful transaction, a Job, or an RFQ, and Vendinav does not count underlying payment value toward capacity.
What counts toward the Vendinav Free limit?
Each external Vendor or customer quotation relationship counts as one room. Jobs and RFQs remain unlimited and do not consume room capacity.
What happens when I reach the room allowance?
Existing work stays intact. Only another external room is blocked until the next Free monthly reset or a Premium upgrade.
Continue with no trial clock and no time limit
Vendinav Free has no trial clock and No time limit. The plan remains subject to the current Terms, including prospective plan changes and communicated service rules, rather than a fixed lifetime contractual entitlement.
No payment method is required. Submit the Company application, and Vendinav reviews it before creating the account. Submission does not start the offer; the clock begins only if approval creates the Company.
Optional paid capacity when your operation needs it
Vendinav also offers optional paid subscriptions for Companies that need more room capacity. The complete connected workflow remains available on Free.
Upgrade when you need more. Downgrade when you don't. Returning from Premium to Free preserves existing Jobs, RFQs, rooms, Vendors, files, history, roles, and settings. If current-period usage is above Free capacity, only another external room is blocked until the next Free monthly reset or a Premium upgrade.
What happens if I downgrade from Premium to Free?
Existing Company work and settings remain in place. The Company returns to Free capacity, and only opening another external room is blocked if current-period usage is already over that capacity.
