Subscription & Cancellation

1. Introductory Premium offer and Free Access

• Every ordinary Company receives a Company-scoped introductory Premium entitlement beginning at its original creation timestamp and ending exactly two calendar months later.
• The offer includes 600 rooms in each of two creation-anchored monthly periods. It does not provide 1200 rooms upfront.
• No payment method or subscription is required, the offer creates no billing-provider activity, and it does not convert to paid Premium automatically.
• Active paid Premium takes precedence but does not pause, restart, or extend the original promotional interval.
• At the exact two-month boundary, Free Access begins unless an active paid entitlement applies.
• The current Free Access offering costs $0 and has no time-based expiration.
• No payment method is required.
• Jobs and RFQs are unlimited.
• Free includes 150 rooms per recurring Company-anniversary period.
• Each period is anchored to the Company's original creation date and time, recurs monthly, and does not roll over.
• Free Access is discretionary and remains subject to the eligibility, modification, suspension, and discontinuation provisions in the Terms of Use.
• Upgrade to Premium through the existing billing controls.

2. Optional Premium subscription

Vendinav also offers an optional Premium subscription for Companies that need additional room capacity. Premium currently costs $249.99 per month. Checkout requires acceptance of Vendinav's Terms and recurring charge authorization before activation.

3. Premium capacity and renewal

The monthly Premium plan includes:

• Unlimited Jobs and RFQs.
• 600 rooms per billing period.
• Unlimited Company members under Company Admin authority.

Premium automatically renews, and the payment method on file is charged monthly until canceled. Stripe Tax is not enabled for this Premium Checkout configuration. Terms version 1.1 and Subscription Policy version 1.0 apply to the current Premium disclosure.

Included room limits may be enforced within the service. The creation-anchored introductory Premium offer is governed by Section 1 above. Any other promotional credits issued in the future are governed by the terms shown when issued.

4. Direct online cancellation

A direct Stripe Portal cancellation mechanism is available. A signed-in company administrator can open Account → Billing and launch the Stripe Portal to cancel. Cancellation never depends on contacting Support.

Public visitors can review these terms here, but billing details and the cancellation control are available only to an authenticated administrator for the billed company.

A customer who cannot authenticate may email billing@vendinav.com as an offline billing and cancellation alternative. No Support ticket, telephone call, mandatory survey, or retention offer is required.

5. When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period. Until then, the subscription remains subject to its active billing period. After cancellation takes effect, the company returns to Free and all jobs, RFQs, rooms, Vendors, files, history, roles, and settings are preserved. If current-month usage already exceeds Free room capacity, only another external room is blocked until the next Free monthly reset or a Premium upgrade. Vendinav does not guarantee a general-purpose export tool.

6. Refunds

No prorated refunds are provided for cancellation, unused capacity, or part of a billing period, except where required by law.

7. Failed payments and access

A failed payment may end Premium access when the subscription is no longer active. The company then uses the current Free Access offering, subject to its monthly limits and the Terms of Use. Vendinav does not promise a particular payment-retry schedule or grace period.

8. Price changes

Vendinav will provide 30 days’ notice before a material price change. A price change will apply as described in that notice and subject to applicable law.
