Procurement coordination without a percentage of the underlying deal
Vendinav coordinates requests, private rooms, quotes, decisions, Accepted Work, and fulfillment, but payment for the underlying goods or services happens directly between businesses outside Vendinav. Vendinav does not take a percentage of that underlying deal.
Vendinav coordinates the work, not the underlying payment
The product keeps the operational record connected: what was requested, which Vendors were invited, what each Vendor quoted, what the Buyer accepted, and how fulfillment progresses.
The commercial payment relationship remains with the businesses doing the deal. They choose their own invoicing arrangements, payment terms, payment method, and legal obligations outside Vendinav.
No percentage is taken from the underlying transaction
Vendinav does not take a percentage of the Vendor's revenue, the customer's payment, or the value of the underlying goods or services. The amount paid between the businesses does not become a Vendinav transaction fee.
Does Vendinav take commission from a Vendor payment?
No. Payment for the underlying work stays directly between the businesses, and Vendinav does not take a percentage of that payment.
No underlying funds are held in escrow
Vendinav does not hold the underlying transaction funds in escrow, wait to release a marketplace payout, or insert itself between the payer and payee. The businesses handle payment according to their own agreement.
Who pays the Vendor?
The applicable business pays the Vendor directly under the payment terms and method the parties agree on. Vendinav coordinates the workflow but does not process that underlying payment.
Vendinav plan pricing is separate
Vendinav's own Free and Premium plan pricing is separate from the commercial transaction between a Company, Vendor, or customer. Free is $0 under the current plan model, and Premium is $249.99 per month for additional room capacity.
A room measures one external quotation relationship; it is not a percentage fee, payment volume, completed transaction, or claim on the value of the work.
The parties keep responsibility for the deal
Buyers, Vendors, and customers remain responsible for their quotes, agreements, work, payments, taxes, and legal obligations. Vendinav is not an escrow service, underlying payment processor, or party to the B2B agreement.
Your money stays between you and your customer or Vendor. As it should.
