For Vendors

Respond to RFQs in one private room without adopting another full portal

A Vendor can open a secure invitation, review an RFQ, exchange messages and files, submit and revise a quote, and continue into Accepted Work through one private RFQ room without creating a full Vendinav account.

Receive one clear request in one focused context

The private RFQ room keeps the relevant scope, dates, messages, files, quote details, and revisions together. A Vendor does not have to reconstruct the opportunity from a mixed email chain or adopt a broad portal before it can understand the work.

The Vendor answers the request opened with that customer. Vendinav organizes the coordination layer without taking ownership of the Vendor's customer relationship.

Participate without a mandatory account

An invited Vendor can use the secure room without creating a full Vendinav account. The room supports the request-specific work: review, questions, messages, files, quotes, revisions, and the accepted outcome.

Do Vendors need a Vendinav account to respond?

No. A Vendor can respond through the secure private room provided for that request. A full account is optional for broader ongoing Company use.

Keep competing Vendor responses separate

Each Vendor receives a separate room. One Vendor cannot see another Vendor's private conversation, files, quote revisions, or pricing. The Buyer sees the connected sourcing record while each Vendor sees only its own participation.

Can another Vendor see my quote?

No. Vendor rooms are private from one another, so competing Vendors do not share messages, files, revisions, or pricing.

Continue from quote to Accepted Work

If the Buyer accepts the quote, the selected outcome becomes Accepted Work. Relevant fulfillment mode, status, tracking, dates, and completion can remain connected to the original request and room.

Vendinav does not promise an award, rank Vendors, or automatically select a response. The Buyer retains the decision.

Represent every Vendor Location and coordinate the Company team

A Vendor Company can run multiple peer Locations. Each Vendor Location can maintain an independent Storefront for its own display name, category, specialties, website, hours, contact details, address visibility, publication state, and service territory. One Location does not automatically borrow another Location's Storefront information.

Buyers can source around an RFQ delivery or work address, while each Vendor Location defines how far it serves. Vendinav can surface the relevant operation for the work instead of treating every shop as if it operates from one address.

Vendinav includes unlimited seats, so the whole Company team can coordinate without per-seat pricing. Employee business Roles add job-title context without changing Admin or Member authority. Internal Company Messenger keeps direct and group coordination inside the Company, and supported work can use Ask User or Share with Team without granting new access.

Does one Vendor Location inherit another Location's Storefront?

No. Each Location represents its own operation independently while remaining part of the same Vendor Company.

Keep your systems, terms, and payment relationship

Vendors can continue using existing business systems for CRM, accounting, estimating, scheduling, and operations. Vendinav does not claim to replace those systems or universally integrate with them.

Payment for the underlying goods or services occurs directly between the businesses outside Vendinav. Vendinav does not hold the funds in escrow or take a percentage of the Vendor's revenue; its plan pricing is separate.

Does Vendinav become part of the Vendor's commercial relationship?

No. Vendinav coordinates the request and work context. The customer and Vendor remain responsible for their agreement, payment, and performance directly with each other.

Use one focused room for the next response

A secure Vendinav invitation can keep the request, conversation, files, quote, and accepted outcome connected without replacing your current workflow.
