RFQ software
RFQ software for private multi-Vendor quoting
Vendinav is RFQ management software for sending a focused request to multiple Vendors while giving each Vendor a separate private room for messages, files, quote details, revisions, and pricing. The Buyer sees the connected sourcing record and decides what moves forward.
Prepare the request from connected Job context
An RFQ begins with the scope, requirements, and dates that the Company understands. Keeping the RFQ connected to its Job reduces repeated copying and makes it easier to see why the request exists after Vendor responses begin arriving.
AI assistance can help organize Job context into focused RFQ material, but the Buyer reviews the result, chooses the Vendors, and decides what is sent.
Vendor Navigator can use the RFQ delivery or work address as the sourcing origin. The Buyer chooses the sourcing radius, while Vendor Location service territory represents how far each operation serves. That keeps local Vendor sourcing attached to the actual work rather than defaulting to headquarters.
Can an RFQ source Vendors within 50 miles of the work?
Yes. The Buyer can choose 25, 50, 100, or 250 miles, or Any distance, around the RFQ delivery or work address.
Send to multiple Vendors without mixing their responses
The same RFQ can reach multiple selected Vendors. Each Vendor receives a separate private room rather than entering a public bid board or a combined competing-Vendor thread.
Vendor A cannot see Vendor B's messages, files, quote revisions, or pricing. That preserves the practical commercial boundary while the Buyer can review all invited responses in the connected RFQ context.
Can Vendors see competing quotes?
No. Each Vendor works in its own private room and cannot see another Vendor's conversation, files, revisions, or pricing.
Let invited Vendors answer without full account adoption
A selected Vendor can open the secure invitation and use the relevant RFQ room without creating a full Vendinav account. The Vendor can review the request, ask questions, exchange files, submit a quote, and revise the response in the same focused context.
This guest path reduces portal friction while preserving the private lane for the specific Company-to-Vendor relationship.
Review itemized responses with their history intact
Quote information is easier to evaluate when it remains beside the scope and conversation that produced it. The Buyer can understand which questions were clarified, which files were exchanged, and which revision is current without rebuilding the story from separate inboxes and spreadsheets.
Vendinav does not automatically choose a winner, rank Vendors, or operate a reverse auction. The Buyer decides which quote, if any, is accepted.
Does Vendinav select the lowest quote automatically?
No. Vendinav keeps response and decision context organized. The Buyer evaluates the options and retains purchasing authority.
Keep the outcome connected after the RFQ closes
An accepted quote becomes Accepted Work, preserving the link from the original Job and RFQ into fulfillment, status, tracking, completion, and Calendar dates. The RFQ is therefore part of a longer operational record rather than an isolated quote-collection event.
Internal Company Messenger can keep the team's direct or group conversation linked to that current work. Ask User can route supported work to its current responsible teammate when one is active; Share with Team can carry the RFQ or related record into an internal conversation. A shared work reference does not grant access the recipient does not already have.
Does sharing an RFQ with a coworker grant access?
No. The reference helps an authorized coworker find the current work, but each recipient's existing authority still determines whether they can open it.
