Room capacity measures external quotation relationships

A room is one external quotation relationship with a Vendor or customer. Room capacity—not headcount, Jobs, or RFQs—is the relevant external-work limit. Internal Company Messenger does not consume procurement rooms.

What happens when capacity changes or is exhausted?

Existing work remains available. Jobs and RFQs remain unlimited, and only another external room waits until the next applicable reset or a Premium upgrade.

Does buying Premium restart the two-month offer?

No. Paid Premium takes precedence while active, but the offer stays anchored to the original Company creation time and does not pause, restart, or extend.

Plan pricing is separate from the underlying business transaction

Vendinav does not process, hold, or take a percentage of the underlying business transaction between Buyer and Vendor. Those businesses pay each other directly under their own agreement. Vendinav plan billing is separate.
