Every Company receives a Company-scoped introductory entitlement: 600 rooms in each of two monthly Premium periods anchored to the original Company creation time, with no credit card, subscription, or billing-provider activity.
The offer starts when the Company is actually created
“Start free” opens a reviewed access request. Submitting that request does not create an Auth user or Company and does not start the clock. If approved, the two-calendar-month interval begins at the canonical Company creation timestamp.
- Eligibility belongs to the Company, not an individual user or membership.
- Existing Companies receive only any unexpired remainder from their original creation time.
- A Company already two calendar months old has exhausted the offer.
Receive 600 rooms in each offer month
Promotional capacity is 600 rooms in each of two monthly periods—not 1,200 rooms upfront and not 600 total across the whole offer. Each boundary is calculated directly from the original creation time so a January 31 Company clamps to February 28 or 29 and returns to March 31 without date drift.
Is this a paid trial or subscription?
No. The offer creates no subscription, Stripe Customer, Checkout Session, invoice, payment intent, provider trial, or automatic paid conversion. No payment method is required.
Paid Premium can take precedence without changing the clock
Paid Premium takes precedence while active. The original promotional interval continues running in absolute time: paid access does not pause, restart, renew, bank, or extend it. If paid Premium ends before the offer boundary, only the still-unexpired original remainder becomes visible again.
Can I save the offer for later by buying Premium now?
No. The offer always keeps the same creation-derived start and end timestamps, regardless of paid activation or cancellation.

At the exact two-month boundary, a Company without active paid Premium uses the current Free plan with 150 rooms per Company-anniversary month. Jobs and RFQs remain unlimited. The change does not delete existing Jobs, RFQs, rooms, Vendors, files, history, roles, or settings; only opening another external room can wait when the active capacity is exhausted.
