Can customers or Vendors see internal messages?
No. Customer Rooms, Vendor Rooms, Support, and Internal Company Messenger remain separate communication lanes.
Does sharing a reference grant access?
No. A reference provides context, while current Company and Location authority is checked independently when each participant opens it.
Does Internal Company Messenger consume procurement rooms?
No. Internal Company Messenger does not consume procurement rooms; room capacity applies to external quotation relationships.
Does Vendinav charge per Company seat?
No. Company seats are unlimited, with no per-seat pricing. Company Admins still control membership, Roles, and Location assignments.
